Ryan: So, which xbox game do you like better? Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball or Barbie Horse Adventures: Wild Horse Rescue?
Eric: definately Xthere beach volleyball
Eric: gotta luv da titties

As I'm sure at least some of you know, I spent/wasted the money on an xbox 360. Its yet to arrive in the mail so there will be more on that later. Anyways, the reason why I asked such a question was because it came from this interview:

This particular reference is on the second page, although that entire interview is definately worth reading, its what Penny Arcade was referring to in this comic:

However the most enlightening, although entirely unsurprising bit is on the interview with Bill Gates on the sidebar on page 2:

EGM: If you lose money on the Xbox 360, will there be another successor?

BG: Of course! I mean, geez—it was my decision to get into videogaming, so we're going to make that look like a good decision no matter how long it takes. [Laughs] But we feel very good that we'll make money this time around. The things we got wrong last time, we've learned from.

So there you have it. Microsoft is in this buisness because Bill Gates wants him to be there, and you're not really going to say no to your largest shareholder, head programmer and chairman of the board, now are you?
